PCoCo Dog Grooming Service & Liability Waiver
PCoCo Dog Grooming agrees to provide the best possible service for you and your dog at all times. We strongly hold the safety and comfort of your dog as our top priority and will provide the best possible services according to the allowance of your pet and/or its condition. In order for us to uphold this top priority we also need YOU as pet owners to work with us to ensure the best experience for your furry friends. We will begin initial visual and physical head-to-tail screenings of your furry friends to take note and record any unusual behaviors or traits in which we can refuse or recommend changes to services with us. Such observations will include searches for indications of lethargy, fatigue, excessive panting, excessive drooling, trembling or shaking, aggression, redness in eyes, resistance to entering the salon or kennel area, and abnormalities with restroom behaviors. Please note if your pet is aggressive, nervous, not able to continue the services, or shows further abnormalities (similar to the screening) in behavior during the grooming services that we are allowed to send your pet home at any time. It is your job as pet owners to communicate any concerns to us about the behavior of your furry friends prior to beginning services with us and we will always be in contact with you over any concerns in behavior that occur during services in which we will only continue with your consent. At PCoCo we truly do care about you and your dog at all times which is why we are taking such precautious protocols. At our salon we are a family of experienced groomers who use supplements and tools strictly for dogs. We do our very best to be as careful as possible but there are times when a dog is slightly injured due to sudden movements or other conditions related to our grooming services. Such other conditions include but are not limited to the products we use, the state of your pet, the medical history of your pet, and your consent with our grooming services. We also do not hold full accountability after or during services of an unknown condition that you as the owner did not inform us, we will not accept any refunds. You will be charged for any extra matting, senior or other fees that will be explained in person. There are no refunds since this is an in action service, if we do not meet your needs. We will accept the feedback and in return give you the option to not provide any services to you anymore. 

By accepting any service, I understand and accept All risks associated with the tools, supplements, and care I am consenting to PCoCo Dog Grooming to provide for my pet. At this Salon, we work with dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes. It is because of this that we also want to note that senior-aged, special needs, allergic, and anxious pets may be most prone to stress at our Salon for underlying reasons. As these pets are more fragile they can expose hidden medical issues and/or aggravate current medical issues during or after the grooming session. However, this precautionary message is extended to All dogs. Here at PCoCo Dog Grooming, we promise to communicate with you every step of the way in this grooming process as we are not only providing you and your furry friends with a service but also a friendly relationship with us. It is because of this that we will notify you at any point for any circumstances of your pet showing any sign of discomfort during grooming and we will stop to give you a call to pick up your pet at the most immediate time or only continue services upon your consent.

We guarantee that the groomers and family at PCoCo Dog Grooming will work very hard to make the grooming experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. To accomplish this we will groom your pet only as your pet and you allow us to do so comfortably and physically while also ensuring stylish and cute results.  Ultimately, the safety and comfort of your pet is our top priority and with all of this in mind, by signing I understand that I will be considerate of my dog’s condition and will allow PCoCo Dog Grooming to perform the most adequate and comfortable grooming for my pet. By signing this liability waiver I understand all the risks associated with grooming at this salon and I will allow PCoCo to take my pet to be a part of their family. This also goes along with clients who are already members of PCoCo.

Poor Conditions Matted Waiver
Because we care about your pet’s safety and well being, we want to assure you that every effort will be made to make Your pet’s visit as pleasant as possible. Because your pet is severely matted or tangled it is at a great risk of injury or stress. All precautions will be taken however, problems occasionally arise during or after grooming, such as nicks, clipper irritation, brush burn, rashes, cuts, and mental or physical stress. In the best interest of your pet we request your permission to shave your pet without holding PCoCo Dog Grooming or your groomer responsible for the risks. I am aware that matted pets have a greater chance of injury. I must also be aware due to the severity of the tangles on my pet an additional fee is charged because of the extra work and the risks involved in matted pets. Please be aware that a shavedown is the very last thing we want to do, but safety comes first in our business. We also do not hold full accountability after or during services of an unknown condition that you as the owner did not inform us, we will not accept any refunds. You will be charged for any extra matting, senior or other fees that will be explained in person. By accepting the service, I understand and accept All risks associated with the tools, supplements, and care I am consenting to PCoCo Dog Grooming to provide for my pet.

Senior Waiver
Grooming a senior or special needs pet can be very stressful to the pet. Senior pets are more fragile and pets can expose hidden medical issues and/or aggravate current medical issues during or after the grooming session. We guarantee that the groomers at PCoCo Dog Grooming will work very hard to make the grooming experience as comfortable as possible. In order to accomplish this we will groom your pet only what it allows us to do comfortably and physically and the cut will be in a style that will cause the least amount of stress possible. Because many senior and special needs pets have pre-existing health issues their risk for injury is greater. If your pet shows any sign of discomfort during grooming we will stop and give you a call to pick your pet at the most immediate time. The safety and comfort of your pet is our first priority and we ask to pick up your dog as soon as ready. I understand that I will be considerate of my dog’s conditions and will allow PCoCo Dog Grooming to perform the most adequate and comfortable grooming for my senior pet. We also do not hold full accountability after or during services of an unknown condition that you as the owner did not inform us, we will not accept any refunds. You will be charged for any extra matting, senior or other fees that will be explained in person. By accepting the service, I understand and accept All risks associated with the tools, supplements, and care I am consenting to PCoCo Dog Grooming to provide for my pet.
