Refund, Returns & Shipping

1. Overview

At PCoCo Dog Grooming, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products and services. Please read our policies carefully, as they are designed to protect both you and our business.

  • Grooming Services: All grooming services are final sale. Due to the nature of pet grooming, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once services are completed.
  • Products (Collars, Leashes, etc.): Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a product return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Gift cards
    • Perishable goods (e.g., treats)
    • Downloadable digital products
    • Items that have been altered, damaged, or worn

3. Partial Refunds

Certain situations may qualify for partial refunds:

  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Products that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts through no fault of PCoCo Dog Grooming

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account first.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post the refund.
  • Contact PCoCo Dog Grooming at pcocodog781@gmail.com if you still haven’t received your refund.

5. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Exchanges are limited to the same item and subject to stock availability.

7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

8. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds for returned items do not include return shipping costs.

9. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Methods: We use standard carriers with tracking information provided for each order.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout or flat rate/free shipping promotions may apply.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by location.
  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for customs fees and taxes.
